# Ad Sheets

Build and launch many ads at once in a spreadsheet, on Meta and on Google Ads.

An ad sheet is a spreadsheet where each row is an ad. Fill in the rows, check them, launch them. Building thirty ads one form at a time is a day of work and thirty chances to make a typo. A sheet is the fix.

- **[Overview](/guides/ad-sheets/overview)**. What a sheet is, what the columns mean, and which ad formats it supports.
- **[Using Ad Sheets](/guides/ad-sheets/using-ad-sheets)**. Creating a sheet, filling it, validating it, launching it.

## Why a sheet rather than a form

Three things a form cannot do:

**Change one thing across many ads.** Bulk edit sets a campaign, an ad set, a product set or a schedule across every selected row at once.

**Start from your creatives instead of from a form.** Load your uploaded files and the sheet creates a row per creative, already paired up. You fill in copy, not plumbing.

**Fail before spending.** Adsap validates every row before it sends anything, so a missing headline is a red cell rather than a rejected ad.

## Both platforms

Meta sheets support all five ad formats: single image or video, carousel, collection, catalog and flexible.

Google sheets currently cover Search, with responsive search ads including headline pinning.

## Where it fits

Use [Templates](/guides/templates/ad-templates) for the settings you repeat, then apply the template to rows rather than retyping. Use [Account Defaults](/guides/account-defaults) for what every new row should start with.

The AI Copilot can read your sheets and tell you what state they are in. Building rows in bulk is a job for the sheet itself.
