Connect an Ad Account
Connect each Meta ad account you want to run from the web dashboard or the AI Copilot. Adsap syncs its data and publishes your ads to it.
Overview
After you connect your Meta account through Facebook Login for Business, the Settings page lists the ad accounts it can see. Connect the ones you want to run in Adsap.
Connect an Ad Account
Step 1: View available accounts
Open Settings in the Adsap web dashboard at app.adsap.ai . Every ad account linked to your Meta account appears under Available Ad Accounts.
Step 2: Connect and sync
Click Start setup next to the ad account you want. Adsap starts syncing its data.
Step 3: Sync completes
The first sync pulls in your campaigns, ad sets, ads and performance data. It runs in the background, so you can keep using Adsap while it finishes.
Note: A connected ad account is available in both the web dashboard and the AI Copilot. Ask your assistant to list campaigns, create ads or pull insights from any connected account.
Disconnecting an Ad Account
Go to Settings, find the account, and click Disconnect. This removes the account from Adsap. Your live ads on Meta keep running.
Ad Account Limits
On the Free plan, one Meta ad account and one Google Ads account. If your Meta login can see more than one, one stays active and Adsap parks the others. Pick the active one from the Integrations card in Settings and swap any time. On Early Access, unlimited ad accounts on both platforms. See Pricing.
If You Do Not See Your Ad Account
If an ad account is missing from the list:
- Check that you have Admin or Advertiser access in Meta Business Manager
- Click Reconnect on the Settings page to refresh the list
- Confirm Meta has not disabled the ad account
- Ask the Business Manager owner to update your permissions if needed
Once your access is right, the ad account appears in the list and you can connect it.
