General

Why do my campaigns publish as paused/inactive? Adsap creates every campaign paused. That gives you a chance to review it in Meta Ads Manager before it goes live.

Can I manage Adsap from Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity? Yes, all three. Adsap’s AI copilot connects through the MCP connector at mcp.adsap.ai. Once connected, you create campaigns, check performance and manage ads by chat. See AI Copilot Setup.

What can the AI copilot do? List campaigns and ad sets, create campaigns, check performance, pause or enable ads, upload creatives, and more. It works on the same data and actions as the Adsap web dashboard.

Meta Integration

Can I use Adsap with more than one Meta ad account? Yes, on Early Access. Connect your Meta account once through Facebook Login for Business, then select which ad accounts you want to use. On the Free plan one Meta ad account is active at a time. Adsap parks the others, and you can swap the active one in Settings. See Pricing.

What Meta API version does Adsap use? Adsap uses Meta Marketing API v26.0.

How long does data sync take? The first sync takes 5 to 30 minutes, depending on account size. After that, data syncs in the background on a schedule. You can trigger a resync at any time.

Can I use Adsap without a Meta Pixel? Traffic and instant-form lead campaigns run without a pixel. Website conversion campaigns (Sales, website leads) need a pixel for conversion tracking.

Google Ads Integration

Does Adsap support Google Ads? Yes. Connect your Google Ads account with Google sign-in. Adsap then creates and manages Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, App and Display campaigns. It also researches keywords, manages extensions, uploads videos to YouTube, and reports performance down to the keyword level. See the Google Ads integration guide.

Can I use Adsap with more than one Google Ads account? Yes, on Early Access, with no limit on the number of accounts. Sign in with Google once, then select which customer accounts to use. On the Free plan one Google Ads account is active at a time. See Pricing.

Do Meta and Google Ads share campaigns or budgets? No. The platforms stay separate. Meta ad account IDs and Google Ads customer IDs are different, and each account keeps its own campaigns, budgets and reporting. Adsap lets you run both from the same login.

Ad Sheets and Templates

What is an ad sheet? An ad sheet is a spreadsheet for building ads in bulk. You fill in campaign, ad set and ad details across rows, then Adsap creates everything in one batch. That is the fastest way to launch many campaigns at once.

How do ad templates work? An ad template is a saved set of ad-level defaults: copy, call to action, destination and URL parameters, Facebook Page and Instagram account, and creative enhancement settings. When you apply a template, its values override your account defaults, so you do not retype the same settings every time. Templates carry no images or videos.

Templates do not cover targeting. Reusable targeting lives in Meta as a saved audience, which Adsap reads from your account. See Ad Templates, Audiences & Targeting, and URL Parameters.

Creatives and Campaigns

Does Adsap support carousel ads? Yes. Carousel ads have more than one card, each with its own image, headline, description and link.

How do I upload creatives to Adsap? Upload images and videos through the Adsap dashboard, through the Google Drive and Dropbox integrations, or from the AI copilot. Creatives land in your Creative Library, ready to use when you build campaigns.

Performance

Why don’t I see my campaign data yet? After you connect an account, the first sync takes 5 to 30 minutes. If data still does not appear, resync from the Settings page.

Why don’t I see a campaign when browsing my account? The existing-campaign picker in the launcher shows campaigns created in the last 30 days (up to 500). Also check that you selected the right ad account and that the campaign is not deleted or archived in Meta.

Can I delete synced campaign data? Yes. Removing campaign data from Adsap touches only Adsap. Your Meta campaign keeps running unchanged.

Billing and Account

Is there a public API? Adsap has no public REST API. Its MCP server at mcp.adsap.ai is the programmatic surface: any MCP-compatible client can connect with your authorization and use the same tools, about 90 of them. Most people use it through Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity; see AI Copilot Setup.

How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Settings > Workspaces > Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. The workspace then moves to the Free plan. Adsap deletes nothing: members stay, one ad account per platform stays active, and Early Access features lock until you upgrade again. See Pricing.

How do I delete my account? Email jeremy@adsap.ai with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. The team processes it within 30 days. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account.

Meta Pixel

What is Meta Pixel and do I need it? Meta Pixel is a snippet of code on your website. It tracks visitor actions (purchases, form submissions) and reports them to Meta. You need it for website conversion campaigns (Sales, website leads) so Meta can optimize delivery for conversions. Traffic and instant-form lead campaigns run without a pixel.
