Common Issues
Meta Connection Issues
Token Expired
Adsap connects to Meta through Facebook Login for Business. If your session expires or you see connection errors:
- Go to Settings. The Integrations section is on that page.
- Click Reconnect Meta to refresh your session.
- If reconnection fails, click Disconnect and reconnect your Meta account through Facebook Login for Business.
Ad Account Not Appearing
If an ad account does not show up after connecting Meta:
- Check that you have admin or advertiser access to the ad account in Meta Business Manager.
- Click Reconnect Meta to re-fetch the account list.
- Check that Meta has not disabled or restricted the ad account.
Connection Health Banner
A yellow banner appears in the app when your Meta connection needs attention. Click the banner to go to Settings and fix it.
Google Ads Connection Issues
Token Expired or Revoked
Adsap connects to Google Ads through Google sign-in. If the dashboard reports that your Google Ads connection needs attention:
- Go to Settings and find the Google Ads card in the Integrations section.
- Click Reconnect and complete the Google sign-in flow.
- On Google’s consent screen, tick the Google Ads permission checkbox. Without it, Adsap rejects the connection.
Account Not Appearing
- Check that your Google login has access to the customer account in Google Ads.
- Reconnect to re-fetch the account list.
- Manager (MCC) account lists can lag; check the client account directly if a campaign seems missing.
The Google Ads integration guide covers more Google Ads specifics.
Campaign Launch Issues
Validation Errors on Review
The Review & Launch Ads dialog checks every row of the ad sheet before launching:
- Rows with a problem show the reason and do not go out. Fix the row and click Review Ads again.
- Valid rows launch one at a time.
Common errors include missing Facebook Page, invalid targeting for special ad categories, and budget below Meta’s minimum.
Launch Seems Stuck
Ads launch one at a time from the ad sheet. If it seems stuck:
- Keep the Review & Launch Ads dialog open; it reports each ad’s result.
- Wait a few minutes. Sheets with many rows take longer.
- If it ends with Launch Completed with Errors, open the Failed Ads list to see Meta’s reason. Failed rows stay at Draft.
Campaigns Published as Paused
Nothing is wrong. Adsap publishes every campaign paused by default. After publishing, activate your campaigns from the performance dashboard when you are ready.
Billing
Payment Failed
If your payment fails, update your payment method from the Billing tab:
- Open Settings, then Workspaces, then the Billing tab, and click Manage Subscription.
- Adsap sends you to the Stripe portal.
- Add a new card or update your existing payment details.
