Bulk Manage

Ad Launcher, then Bulk Manage applies one change across many campaigns or ad groups in a single pass. The page appears only when you have a Google Ads account selected.

This is the page for the jobs that are unbearable one at a time. Adding the same twenty negatives to every campaign. Pushing a keyword list into six ad groups. Adding a location to a dozen campaigns.

Plans: keyword and negative changes are available on the Free plan (each keyword change call is one task). Advanced targeting is Early Access. See Pricing.

How every tab works

The same two-step shape, whichever tab you are on:

  1. Pick the targets. The ad groups, the campaigns, or the level and the targets, depending on what you are changing.
  2. Compose the batch. The keywords, negatives, locations or audiences to apply.

Then run it. Adsap applies each target one at a time and reports it on its own, so a failure on one campaign does not silently take the rest down with it. You get a result per target, not a single pass or fail for the whole batch. That matters when you touch twenty things and two of them have a problem.

The four tabs

Keywords

Add keywords to many ad groups at once. Pick the ad groups, then compose the keyword batch with the match types you want.

Negative keywords

Add negatives at campaign or ad group level. Pick the level and the targets, then compose the negative batch.

This tab also has Existing negatives: review and remove. That is the only place in Adsap where you can see which negatives are already in place and take them out. Open it before you add. Negative lists pile up, and the most common cause of a campaign quietly losing volume is a negative someone added a year ago that now blocks traffic you want.

Targeting

Add or remove location and language criteria across campaigns. Pick the campaigns, compose the targeting batch.

Audiences

Add or remove audiences at campaign or ad group level, in either targeting or observation mode.

Targeting restricts who sees the ads to that audience. Observation changes nothing about who sees them and only reports how that audience performed. Picking the wrong one is the difference between gathering data and cutting your reach to a fraction.

Before you run a large batch

  • Changes here have no preview step. Check the target list before running.
  • Negatives are the easiest thing to regret. Adding a broad phrase across every campaign can remove more traffic than you expect, and nothing tells you what you stopped receiving.
  • Removing a keyword and re-adding the same one straight away fails as a duplicate. Leave a few seconds between opposite operations on the same term.

Through the AI Copilot

The same operations work by chat, which is often easier for a small batch:

“Add these five terms as negatives on the Brand campaign”

The assistant confirms the exact change before writing.
