Creatives
Everything about getting images and videos into Adsap and keeping them findable.
- Creative Library. Browsing, tagging, grouping and previewing what you have.
- Google Drive Upload. Importing straight from Drive.
- Dropbox Upload. Importing straight from Dropbox.
- Import from Meta. Pulling in the creatives an account has already run.
Four ways in
- Drag and drop from your computer, at Creative Hub, then Upload Creatives.
- Google Drive, picking files through Google’s own picker.
- Dropbox, picking files through Dropbox’s chooser.
- Import from Meta, which brings in the images and videos already in a connected ad account.
Adsap transfers files from Drive and Dropbox server to server. They do not download to your machine and upload again, so a large video does not depend on your connection.
Why naming your files matters
Adsap pairs creatives into groups by filename. A set of aspect ratios for the same ad travels together and lands on one row in an ad sheet rather than three.
That pairing is only as good as your filenames. Consistent names give you groups you can load in one click. Inconsistent names give you a list of singles to assemble by hand. Naming files well is the cheapest way to make bulk launching fast.
On Google Ads
Google upload works the same way and has one extra field: an AI content label saying whether the asset was AI generated. Google requires the label in some regions (the EU, India and New York), so Adsap asks for it rather than answering on your behalf.
Videos on Google go to an unlisted YouTube channel, because that is how Google Ads consumes video. See YouTube Video Upload.
