Campaign Launch Overview

Launching on Meta in Adsap uses three separate screens under Ad Launcher: Campaigns, Ad Sets and Ad Sheets. They are independent pages, not steps in a wizard, so you can go back to any of them without starting over.

Campaigns, Ad Sets and Ad Sheets are three separate screens. Review Ads checks every row before anything reaches Meta, and everything starts Paused.

The order

  1. Create the campaign at Ad Launcher, then Campaigns. Objective, budget strategy, bid strategy and any special ad category.
  2. Create the ad set at Ad Launcher, then Ad Sets. Who sees the ads, where, when, and what counts as a result.
  3. Build the ads in an ad sheet at Ad Launcher, then Ad Sheets. One row per ad.
  4. Review and launch from inside the sheet with the Review Ads button.

Do steps 1 and 2 only when you need a new campaign or ad set. To add ads to something that already exists, go straight to the sheet and pick the campaign and ad set per row. See Launching into an existing campaign.

Why it is split this way

One campaign holds many ad sets, and one ad set holds many ads. The common case is adding a few ads to a structure you already have. A wizard that walked you through all three every time would make that the slowest job in the product.

The sheet exists because ads are the part you make many of. Thirty ads through a form is thirty forms. In a sheet it is thirty rows, with bulk edit for anything they share.

Nothing spends by accident

You choose a campaign’s Status when you create it, and it defaults to Paused. Ads launched from a sheet follow your account’s default ad launch status, which also defaults to Paused.

The Review & Launch Ads step validates every row before it sends anything to Meta, and reports each ad’s result on its own rather than one overall success.

What fills itself in

  • Account defaults prefill new work: your Page, Instagram account, pixel, naming and enhancement choices.
  • Ad templates apply a saved set of copy, identity and destination settings to rows. Templates beat account defaults.
  • Naming conventions name campaigns, ad sets and ads for you from a tag pattern.

Anything you type by hand beats all of them.

Doing it conversationally

The whole flow works through the AI Copilot. Ask for a campaign and it shows a preview of the full structure it intends to build. It creates nothing until you confirm, and what it creates starts paused.

For a handful of ads that is often faster than the dashboard. For thirty, use the sheet.
