List Google conversion actions (adsap_google_list_conversion_actions)

What it does
Lists the conversion actions in a Google Ads account: name, type, category, status, whether it is primary for a goal, and how it counts. Check it before you create a campaign that bids on conversions. It is also the first stop when conversions stop tracking.

Notes
Maximize Conversions and target CPA need at least one enabled primary conversion action. Target ROAS also needs conversion value history.
